In complex clinical cases, the greatest challenge is often not a lack of information, but
a lack of order. Symptoms accumulate, measurements conflict, and interventions that
appear reasonable in isolation may destabilize the system when applied without
enough regard for hierarchy, timing, and physiological position.
The Practitioner Certification in Regulatory Sequencing teaches practitioners how to
read layered physiology more clearly before deciding what to do next. It is built for
cases where standard protocol-based thinking is not enough — where the question is
no longer simply “what treatment matches this symptom?” but “what is the system’s
current regulatory position, and what sequence of intervention can it actually tolerate?”
Its emphasis is not on adding more tools, but on developing a better way to think.
Developed by Tobias Beharrell, the certification provides a structured framework for
interpreting physiological signals and sequencing intervention across layered biological
systems.

Program Structure
The certification is delivered as a live practitioner cohort conducted via Zoom over an eight-week period. Sessions are held live to allow discussion and case interaction among participants.

• Certification case study submission and evaluation
