A live cellular audit involves observing a small sample of fresh blood under the microscope shortly after collection. This allows us to view cellular structures and relationships as they appear in the moment — including general features such as cell distribution, relative shape, movement, and clustering. Rather than replacing conventional testing, this form of observation offers a complementary perspective, one that emphasises patterns, tendencies, and terrain rather than isolated markers.


The value of this approach lies in what it reveals about biological behaviour. Subtle imbalances, adaptive responses, or signs of physiological strain can sometimes be seen at the cellular level before they register clearly elsewhere.
